Who We Are
YBM Global is one of the UK's leading direct marketing agencies, headquartered in Dartford. Through a network of independent Brand Ambassadors, we deliver promotional and sales services for some of the UK's most recognised brands — engaging customers directly through face-to-face interactions.
Founded in 2022 by Younes Bellil, YBM Global was built on a simple but powerful idea: that the best way to grow a business is to grow the people within it. Our equal opportunities model means that every individual who joins our network has access to the same development pathway, the same mentorship, and the same potential for progression.
We operate across three marketing channels — residential, events, and business-to-business — giving our Brand Ambassadors broad exposure to different customer environments and communication challenges.

Originally from East London, Younes came from a background in engineering and direct labour. He made the decision to step into a new challenge — and the results speak for themselves. Today, as Founder and Director of YBM Global, his mission is to create an environment where ambitious individuals can replicate that same journey.
His leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that the best leaders are those who have been developed, not just promoted — and that development never stops.
