As a Brand Ambassador at YBM Global, your core function is to represent our partner brands through direct, face-to-face customer engagement. You are the human connection between a brand and its audience — and that responsibility is one we take seriously.
The role is structured around three primary obligations: introducing products or services clearly and compellingly, protecting the image and reputation of the brands you represent, and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm and knowledge.
Beyond the day-to-day work, the Brand Ambassador role is the foundation of your development journey at YBM Global. From day one, you are enrolled in our six-stage programme and supported by experienced mentors.

Three Ways to Market
Our Brand Ambassadors operate across three distinct channels, each offering a different environment and a different set of skills to develop.
Residential
Door-to-Door Engagement
As a Brand Ambassador, you engage with a targeted audience in the comfort of their homes. This channel develops your ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections confidently, and communicate value clearly in a one-to-one setting.

Live Event Marketing

Business to Business
B2B Direct Sales
